Charging the Battery

The battery in this mower is sea_ed and maintenance
free, and requires no service other than charging. If the
battery will not accept a charge, bring the mower to an
authorized service center for service.
1. Using the supplied charger, plug the charger con-
nector into the battery charge port (A, Figure 12).
Plug the charger into a wall outlet and charge the
battery for 12-24 hours. (Longer periods will not
damage the battery.)
important: Use only the charger supplied with the
mower to charge the battery. Using a different charger
may damage the battery and/or mower.
2. When charging is complete, unplug and store the
charger.

Grass Catcher bags are made of woven fabric, and are
subject to deterioration and wear during normat usage.
Check condition of bag before each use. Immediately
replace worn or damaged catcher bags with onty bags
recommended by the manufacturer. The grass catcher is
optional equipment on some models.
