Your EuroCave wine cabinet is a tried and tested, easy-to-use appliance. The following few maintenance operations will enable your cabinet to provide you
with many years of faithful service.
- Clean and dust the condenser (metal grid located the length of the rear wall of the cabinet) twice a year.
- When cleaning the back of the cabinet, and before moving it, make sure it has been disconnected from the mains power supply and that there are no bottles
left in the cabinet.
- Once a year completely clean the interior of your cabinet after emptying it and ensuring it disconnected from the power supply (use water and a non
abrasive cleaning product, then rinse carefully).
Checking the appliance regularly and, if you suspect that something is not functioning
correctly, notifying your retailer of this possible anomaly, is the best way to ensure that your
wine cabinet will provide you with long and faithful service.

In the event of your cabinet not operating correctly, please contact your EuroCave wine cabinet retailer.
- If the compressor does not start even though the desired temperature is lower (more than 2°C / 36°F than room temperature, check the wall socket by
plugging in any type of electric appliance, and make sure that the display is correctly supplied with power (see button "U" on the control panel).
- If the compressor does not stop, place your hand on the condenser (metal grid located the length of the rear wall of your appliance). Contact your dealer
if the condenser is cold. If the condenser is hot, set the hot temperature as high as possible. If the compressor does not stop, unplug the cabinet and contact
your dealer.
- In the event that the temperature sensor is faulty, the symbol "EI" or "-EI" is displayed.
Where the critical temperature threshold is exceeded, for temperatures below 3°C / 37°F, the display indicates "LOI". For temperatures above 22°C / 71°F,
the display indicates "HII".
Use of a glass door can change your wine cabinet's performance in certain extreme
temperature conditions.
Any intervention on the refrigeration unit must be carried out by a qualified
refrigeration technician, who will check the circuit is waterproof before powering up. In
the same way, any intervention on the electrical circuit must be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
