To adjust the temperature of your cabinet:
Adjust the maturing temperature only. The temperature of the "chilled service" compartment will adjust itself
by default. The temperature of this compartment is approximately 5°C / 9°F less than the "maturing"
compartment.
Adjusting the temperature of your wine cabinet is performed entirely from the control panel.

Your programming will be automatically confirmed if no button is pressed within the 15 seconds following programming.
The advised temperature range for preserving and maturing wine is located between 9°C / 48°F and 15°C
/ 59°F. The default temperature is set to 12°C / 54°F with an induced temperature of 7°C / 45°F in the
"chilled service" compartment.

Your wine cabinet may be placed in a room whose temperature falls between 0 / 32 and 35°C / 95°F.
However, it should be noted that if your cabinet is stored in a room with a room temperature lower than 10°C / 50°F (example: a garage), the "chilled service"
compartment will be at the same temperature as the "maturing" compartment.
When there has been a significant modification in set temperatures, it can take several hours for your wine cabinet to stabilise and display the desired
temperature.
Cabinet performance is optimised when the cabinets are filled to at least 75% of their capacity.
You have loaded your cabinet with a large number of bottles: it takes several hours for your cabinet to reach the right temperature. This could happen when
first starting up the cabinet, this is not due to an operating fault.
If, however, after a few days, the problem persists, contact your EuroCave dealer.
N.B: Only prolonged exposure to excessive temperatures or violent fluctuations in temperature will harm your fine 'crus'.
