The parallel rip fence makes it possible to smoothly guide the jigsaw along the edge of a workpiece. It can
be mounted on both sides.
• Untighten the two locking screws (8) somewhat with the included hex key.
• Slide the parallel rip fence (11) into the guides on the base of the jigsaw.
• Set the desired distance to the workpiece edge using the V-shaped markings on the base.
• Tighten the two locking screws (8) with the included hex key.
