valve train replacement
A.
Remove safety barrier and glass door (see "safety
barrier & door removal / installation" section).
B.
Remove media tray (see "media tray installation"
section) and burners.
C.
Remove porcelain radiant panels (PRPs) or brick
panels (if applicable).
D.
Remove the 14 screws holding the valve train in place
(Fig. 8-3).
note:
A new gasket may be required when reinstalling the
valve train assembly. Contact your local authorized
dealer / distributor for more information.
E.
Carefully lift the valve train assembly out far enough to
access the manual shut off valve and turn it to the off
position. Disconnect any wires, and then lift the valve
train out of the appliance.

accessing the blower for service (if equipped)
A.
Remove safety barrier and glass door (see "safety barrier & door removal / installation" section).
B.
Remove media tray (see "media tray installation" section) and burners.
C.
Remove porcelain radiant panels (PRPs) or brick panels (if applicable).
D.
Remove the fi rst blower access panel by removing the 12 screws (Fig. 8-4).
E.
Remove the second access panel by removing the 12 screws (Fig. 8-5).
F.
Reverse these steps to reinstall the two access panels.
