6.2 Cleaning
The device should be cleaned regularly.

Switch off the device and let it cool off.
o
Clean the accessory parts (oven grid, baking tray) with a soft, damp cloth and a mild
o
agent. Rinse thoroughly with clear water. Dry all parts.
Heavy stains/residues on the baking tray (from grease etc.) may be removed with a
o
little bit of oil. Let the oil soak in for a few minutes and rub it off afterwards using some
kitchen paper.
Clean the surfaces and the baking cavity with a soft, damp cloth and a mild agent.

For heavier stains/residues, please use a standard oven cleaning agent.
o
Only use a soft cloth and make sure you never use any kind of abrasive agents or
o
pads which could scratch the surface.
After the cleaning procedure, you should use a soft and dry cloth to wipe dry and
o
polish the surface.
Make sure the device has been cleaned properly before storing it in a dry place.

6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance
o Check the mains connection cable for damage from time to time. Never operate the
device when the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must immediately be replaced
by customer service or a qualified electrician to avoid dangers.
o When you encounter damages or failures contact your specialist dealer or our customer
service.
o Only qualified experts may perform repair and maintenance work on the device using
original replacement and accessory parts. Never attempt to repair the device
yourself!
