ERROR CODES
Troubleshoot steps
• Start by inspecting the motor line to ensure it is correctly
connected and plugged in. Reconnect the motor line if
necessary.
• If there is an internal open circuit within the motor, it may
be necessary to replace the motor.
• In cases where the motor is idling and an error is reported
due to very low current, consider installing and conducting
a test to address this issue.
• Check if the memory IC is securely plugged into its seat (in
case of a non-switching power supply). Reinsert it into the
IC seat and make sure to observe the correct position of
PIN1.
• If the memory IC is found to be damaged or if there's an
issue with the relevant circuit, consider either replacing the
memory IC or replacing the driver.
• Check if the driver torque setting is too high. If so, adjust
the torque potentiometer to its appropriate position to
avoid overloading the motor.
• In cases of an internal short circuit within the motor, you
may need to replace the motor.
• If the transmission part is found to be stuck, consider
adjusting the transmission part or applying lubricating oil to
resolve the issue.
