MOVING THE TREADMILL
The Ascend X3 Treadmill can be moved easily for extra convenience.
Moving the treadmill is a straightforward process. Just follow these steps:
1. Begin by ensuring the treadmill's power is turned off and unplugging the power cable.
2. Next, fold the treadmill.
3. Hold the running platform with both hands and raise one foot to step on the treadmill wheel.
4. Apply downward pressure to the running platform with both hands. As the wheels make contact with
the ground, you'll be able to easily move the treadmill.
