7. Faults
Fault
Nothing happens when the
appliance is started up.
The fan starts up but the
compressor does not start.
The installation is operating
but does not cool sufficiently.
Humidification is operating
continuously.
Water is flowing from the
evaporator into a place other
than the overflow.
The evaporator is icing up.
Recommended action
Check the power supply and the connections of the power terminals and the status of the LEDs.
Check that heating mode is not activated

Check power supply to the unit and the safety system of the high and low-pressure controllers.
Depending on the amount of bottles stored, the conditioner may take several days to reach the temperature
setting. The conditioner is designed to operate in an environment without ventilation. Inspect all the
insulation in the room.
It is possible that the characteristics of the room (composition of the walls) do not allow high settings to be
reached (>70%)
The evaporator must be completely level.
Check the tray outlet, it must not be obstructed.
