If safety devices are faulty
Faulty safety devices can lead to dangerous situations. For this reason:
• Stop the device (front loader) immediately
• Secure against being reused
Check the safety and protective devices
All safety and protective devices must be checked on a regular basis. Inspection intervals according to the table:
Safety device
General condition of the packing system
Slider screw firmly seated
Condition of the rivets of the polyurethane hooks

3.4 Operating personnel workstation

The most important workstation is:
the driver's seat of the vehicle and the dosing device itself to open and close it.
