Using the sunrise alarm
To deactivate the sunrise alarm

Press the alarm button
This also turns off the audible alarm if you've selected one.

Turn the right dial to turn off the light.
Timeout: If the light and alarm sound are not turned off manually,
they will turn off automatically after 90 minutes.
