Possible cause
The T DISC is damaged or
leaky.
The piercing unit is either
not inserted or not inserted
properly.
Water from condensation.
The Service T DISC must
always be used for cleaning
and descaling processes.
The float in the water tank is
stuck.
There is an error on the
machine.
Even filtered water contains
small amounts of dissolved
lime.
Reset or purchase new one.
After 5 min. of inactivity,
machine automatically
reverts to stand-by mode to
save energy

Solution
Stop the brewing process,
remove the T DISC and clean
the brewing unit.
Check to ensure that the
piercing unit is inserted
properly.
Condensation may occur and is
not a fault. Remove it by wiping
with a cloth.

tomer Service Department at 1-

Clean the water tank and
ensure that the float can move.
Turn the machine off using
the on/off switch, wait
approximately 5 minutes and
