9. Application Programs

9.8 Count Checking

Press the Count key.
The message „Add XXX" (XXX = No. of reference parts) requests you to place
one or several reference parts on the platform. By pressing the Counting key
repeatedly, you can change the reference quantity for lightweight reference
parts in steps of 1/2/5/10/25/50.
Place the reference parts on the scale and confirm by pressing the Print key.
The terminal switches to counting mode.
Press the Switch-Point key while in counting mode.
The display jumps to the target unit count and the green LED lights up.
Program the value of the target unit count with the Tare key or Function key.
Save the setting with the Switch-Point key.
The display jumps to the upper tolerance and the red LED lights up.
Program the upper tolerance with the Tare key or Function key.
Save the setting with the Switch-Point key.
The display jumps to the lower tolerance and the yellow LED lights up.
Program the lower tolerance with the Tare key or Function key.
Save the setting with the Switch-Point key.
The scale switches back to counting mode.
Count checking is run by using the switching points for the internal LED or
external (optional) control light.
