Basic Functions

7.1 Power On

Press the On / Off button while the scale is not under load.
During the test routine, both software version and calibration counter will be
displayed. After the test routine, the display is set to zero.
The scale is ready for use.
Place the weighing product on the scale. The display shows the gross weight.

7.2 Zeroing

Press the Zeroing key to correct minor deviations from zero, e.g. caused by
soiling on the scale.
Zero range approvable and non-approved: -1% to +3% of the weighing range.

7.3 Taring Function

Manual Tare
Place the additional weight on the weighing platform and press the Tare key.
Manual Tare input
In order to activate the manual tare entry function, you need to install this
function on the Function key (see description in Chapter 8.1).
Press the Function Key to activate the manual tare input.
Set the tare value using the Tare key or Function key. If you press the key briefly,
the value increases / decreases individually. If you keep the key pressed, the
value increases / decreases continuously.
Confirm by pressing the Print key.
Tare-Info
Press the Info key and then the Tare key to display the currently stored tare
value.
Press the Clear key to return to Weighing mode.
Clear Tare
Press the Zeroing key or in succession the Clear key and Tare key.
