Possible causes
Notches for end position switch-
off are dirty
Free-running is active

Adhesive tape worn
(AC) wiper incorrectly adjusted

Rope was not stretched
The hook can be pulled
straight again by hand
Completely unwind (F6) the
rope and wind it up again (F3)
under light load, ensures an
even winding of the rope on the
drum
