Assembly
Insert the light (1) with joint rubber
(5) and thrust collar (3) in the stand
column (2). See Fig. 3.
Tighten the five screws (4) even-
ly.
Connect the light (for lights without
base see "Installation").
Mount the light with three screws
(8) to the installation place (e.g. to
the base section (7)).
Installation
Only lights without base
Turn the light together with the
stand column on the side (see
fig. 4).
The Quickon cable coupler (6)
allows a reliable connection. The
necessary steps are explained
below (see fig. 5):
- strip the insulation from the
cable (approx. 15 mm).
- insert the leads through the parts
A-C.
- insert the three leads through
part D, (PE wire through hole
3).
- screw part A firmly on part E.
Store the cable with the cable
coupler in the stand column after
connection is completed.
Putting into operation
Before putting the light into opera-
tion, please check that the mains
voltage corresponds to the rated
voltage and frequency specified
on the rating plate.
Operation
The standard equipment of the
light does not include a switch of
its own. It is usually switched on/off
via an external switch.
