Problem
The appliance does not
operate.

Temperature sensor prob‐

The lamp is in stand-by.
The lamp is defective.
Temperature is set incor‐
rectly.
Many food products to be
frozen were put in at the
same time.
The room temperature is
too high.
Food products placed in
the appliance were too
warm.
The FastCool function is
switched on.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly or the gasket is de‐
formed/dirty.
The water drainage plug is
not correctly positioned.

Solution
Switch on the appliance.
Connect the mains plug to
the mains socket correctly.
Connect a different electri‐
cal appliance to the mains
socket. Contact a qualified
electrician.
Check if the appliance
stands stable.
Close the door.
Contact the nearest Au‐
thorized Service Centre
(the cooling system will
continue to keep food
products cold, but temper‐
ature adjustment will not
be possible).
Close and open the door.
Contact the nearest Au‐
thorized Service Centre.

Wait a few hours and then
check the temperature
again.
