Solution
Actuators make noise at startup. We don't
want to overload the system so we provide
a soft start which ramps up the current and
makes some initial noise, which does not
indicate any defect.
Recalibrate by pressing FLAT on the
remote, then lift all sections to maximum
position until it shows 100% on the remote
screen.
Make sure you are correctly pressing the
ZERO G and STOP buttons at same time.
Verify that the remote has battery power.
Make sure there are no other devices
causing RF interference with the remote.
If cannot determine then please call
customer service.
If there is any noise in the initial part of the
head lift, shift the bed up/down to avoid the lift
motor from hitting any structure under the base.
