HOW TO FILL WATER
Slide out the water tank.
Remove the anti-scale cartridge
Fill the tank to the max level.
Replace the anti-scale cartridge
Replace the water tank in place.
It is necessary to change the anti-scale cartridge when the indication light is on. When
you don't have a new anti-scale cartridge, you can fill your appliance with distilled
water.
FIRST USE
1. Remove all stickers on the sole plate and housing of the iron and generator.
2. Unwind the power cord and the steam tube.
3. Fill the water tank with tap water.
4. Plug in the unit.
5. All lights will come on for a few seconds and a sgnal is heard.
6. Press the selection knob the red indicator light for steam will blink en a signal is
heard.
7. The idication light for max steam will light.
8. Turn the temperature dial for ironing clockwise select 1 dot, 2 dots or 3 dots
depending on the fabric you want to iron.
9. The indication light on the iron will go off when the desired temperature is reached.
10. Press the steam button during 1 minute, to clean the steam generator.
11. Iron an old towel first .
Note : When you press the steam button before the steam generator has reacht the
required temperature a double beep signal will be heard. It takes about 1 min for the
generator to reache the required temperature.
STEAM IRONING
1. Unwind the electrical cord and steam tube.
2. Fill up the water tank with tab water.
3. Plug in the unit
4. Press the selection button, the unit will start to heat up.
5. Press the selection button to select the desired amount of steam :
when no light is on this means you will iron without steam.
a. Indication light with 1 cloud : little steam
b. Indication ligth with 2 clouds : more steam
