Possible cause and solution
Dirt-disposal bag not installed or incorrectly fitted.
Check that the dirt-disposal bag is installed correctly.
The dirt-disposal bag is full or the suction duct is
blocked. Check if the dirt-disposal bag is full and if
so, replace it with a new one. If the error persists,
rotate its self-emptying base and check if there is
an object blocking the lower duct. If so, unscrew the
transparent lid and remove the object.
The fan of the self-emptying base does not start.
Frequent dust collection can lead to overheating
of the fan protection or failure of the fan. It is
recommended to collect the dust again after about 30
minutes.
No power supply or damaged plug. Please check that
the self-emptying base is connected to the mains or if
the plug is damaged. If this is the case, please contact
the Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
