The robot does not efficiently clean
or dust leaks from the robot.
The robot could not connect to the
Wi-Fi network.
The robot did not carry out the
scheduled cleaning task.
The robot vacuum cleaner does not
return to the self-emptying base
after spot cleaning or after changing
the starting position.
The robot does not resume cleaning.
The robot vacuum cleaner is always
offline.
The connection between the mobile
phone and the robot failed.
The high-efficiency filter is blocked. Clear it.
The main brush is blocked or tangled. Please clear it up.
Bad Wi-Fi signal. Check that the robot vacuum cleaner is
located in an area with good Wi-Fi signal.
The Wi-Fi connection is unstable. Reset the router, check
if there are any App updates, and try again. This robot
vacuum cleaner only supports the 2.4GHz band.
Make sure that your device mobile data are deactivated
to improve the linking process.
Check if the robot vacuum cleaner is in Sleep mode and
change mode. This option can be found on the general
settings of the robot vacuum cleaner and allows you
to define time slots in which the it will not perform the
scheduled cleaning tasks when it is on Sleep mode.
Make sure the robot vacuum cleaner is plugged to the
mains, that it will not be able to carry out scheduled
cleanings offline, and that the battery is not low.
The robot will map and calculate a new route after
operating under spot cleaning or after having changed
its starting position.
If the self-emptying base is very far away from the
robot vacuum cleaner, it will not be able to charge back
automatically. Manually move the robot vacuum cleaner
to the base.
Make sure the robot is not in Sleep mode, as it will not
resume cleaning in this mode.
It won't resume cleaning when it is placed manually on
the self-emptying base.
Make sure the robot is successfully connected to a 2.4
GHz network and always in areas with a good Wi-Fi
signal.
Make sure the robot and the charging base are in an
area with good Wi-Fi signal, reset the router, and try
connecting them again.
