Apply First Aid immediately and/or summon help.
Switch off machine and remove key switch.
Do not operate machine after an incident – have machine examined by Wetrok or an approved representative!

2.3 Sources of danger

Voltage and current
Contact with current or voltage carries the risk of electric shock, which can lead to injury or even fatality.
Always switch off machine before any work on electrical installations, and isolate battery voltage by removing the emergency-stop plug.
When charging wet-cell batteries, empty and turn the tank of the machine upside without fail!
With machines fitted with an on-board battery charger, do not modify the 230V lines! In particular, do not remove or open any electrical

terminals or remove the earth cable. Do not operate appliances with damaged cables!
Machine in motion and moving parts
Drive motion and motion in vicinity of rotating brushes poses the risk of injury.
Do not reach into the brush assembly with your hands or feet.
Never run wheels over feet – serious injury could result!

Do not allow clothes or hair to come into contact with machine.
Users: Tie back any long hair before using machine.
Further dangers
Injury or burns may result from battery terminals being shorted by hand or by conductive objects.

Do not get fingers caught in edge at hinge of tank lid, danger of crushing!
The built-in laser is switched off automatically by delay when machine is idle. To prevent damage to eyes, do not look at laser ray when it
is switched on!
2.4 Using for the first time / Use
Delivery, instruction on safety regulations, handling and service, in addition to initial commissioning is normally undertaken by a Wetrok

approved specialist. If this is not the case, the operator is responsible for instructing the operator.
Safe working with the appliance is only possible if you have completely read and understood the operating and safety instructions, and if
you adhere strictly to the directions contained therein.
Safety instructions for operation and servicing are set out in the respective chapters, and must be observed without fail!
Note also the safety instructions of the pictograms on the machine.
Check all electric cables.

Faulty lines may be replaced only by specialists.
All panels and covers must be in their correct positions before commissioning

2.5 General safety regulations

Check machine before using every time.

Repairs may be carried out only by specialists.
Only one person may operate the machine at any one time.
Do not operate machine without fluid.
Before starting work, remove jewellery such as rings and necklaces.
Before starting work, tie back any long hair.
Wear sturdy footwear to prevent injury, as machine can weigh as much as 360 kg (approx. 794 lb)!

Before use, close and bolt the tank housing and the tank lid.
Note the presence of other persons nearby, especially children.
To clean and service the machine, change parts or dismantle parts: move machine onto an even surface without dips, and remove key
from key switch.
Use only original Wetrok parts.
Use machine on gradients not exceeding 8%.

Take care when turning on inclines or declines: proceed slowly and with care! When pushing machine over ramps, move only in the
direction of the ramp, never at an angle to it!
On slopes or in lifts, secure machine against inadvertent travel. Remove key from key switch.
Machine must always be secured by switching off the key switch. Only in this way is the brake engaged and secured!
Take care when reversing machine. Machine will stop after drive lever is released, and in an emergency the drive-stop switch will press
against the front abdomen of the operative: machine switches automatically to forward drive and stops.

Always isolate cable connection between battery and machine before doing any work on electrical installations (emergency-stop plug).
After finishing work, empty tank containing dirty water in the interests of hygiene.
