You can solve some problems easily yourself using the table below.

Solution
- Insert the plug properly.
- Plug another appliance into the socket to check if
the socket is faulty. In the case of a faulty socket,
have it repaired by an electrician.
- Set a higher temperature, see Section 4 'Use'.
- Check the fuse in the meter cabinet and replace if
necessary.
- Press the 'Mode' button and set the capacity
higher. See Section 4.
- Wait a few hours until the appliance has had the
opportunity to heat the room.
- See Section 4.3 to turn off the activation timer.
- This is normal, the smell will disappear after some
time.
- This appliance is supplied without batteries.
The required batteries (two pieces) are of the
type AAA, 1.5V. See Section 3 for installing the
batteries.
- The remote control works up to a distance of
approximately five metres.
- The signal receiver of the heater is behind the
display. Turn the heater so that the remote control
can be pointed at the display.
- Please contact customer service.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance
again.
- For safety, the appliance switches itself off. Unplug
the plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
- Unplug the plug and allow the appliance to cool
down.
