15.1 Complete overview
7 Removable vacuum chamber. The open end of the bag must be placed inside the
chamber. This feature makes sure that air cannot escape from the bag and that excess
liquid is removed. Easy to remove and clean.
9 Sealing bar, it contains a heating wire covered with Teflon which allows the bag to seal
but not to stick to the strip.
Warning
The sealing bar gets very hot.
Please observe the following safety notice in order not to burn yourself or others.
► To avoid getting burned, never touch the
sealing bar directly after sealing process.
► Do not remove the Teflon tape (T).
