Install a keg inside
the BeerTender
appliance.
Install/position the
tap correctly.
Allow the
BeerTender Keg to
cool to the right
temperature. You
can rely on the
temperature
indicator on the
control display of
your BeerTender
appliance.
Wait 4 hours before
dispensing beer.
Firmly and quickly
pull the handle
down and forward
as far as it will go.
Open the tap
completely.
Allow the
BeerTender Keg to
cool in the
refrigerator for
about -12 hours.
