4.3 Settings
For setting the frequency received and for other
functions, the setting mode must be activated
In the setting mode, it is not only possible to
make the settings for the receiver, but also for
the corresponding transmitter (wireless micro-
phone / pocket transmitter) The settings for the
transmitter can then be transferred to the trans-
mitter via the REMOSET function (
1) Keep the button SET (8) pressed for 2 sec-
onds until SETUP is briefly shown on the dis-
play Then the display will show SET RX The
setting mode is activated; an overview of the
setting mode can be found on page 27
2) Define if the settings are to be made for the
receiver or the transmitter:
For the receiver: Press the button SET
For the transmitter: Press the button
so that the display shows SET TX (To return
to the settings for the receiver, press the
button
)
3) Press the button SET repeatedly until the
setting function desired is shown (see tables
"Settings for the receiver" and "Settings for
the transmitter")
4) Press the button
and then press the button SET to save the
setting The display briefly shows STORE as a
confirmation and the setting mode is exited
To make further settings, start with step 1)
5) To exit the setting mode without any changes,
press the button SET repeatedly until
CANCEL is briefly shown

Group 1 – 6 and channel 1 – 22
To define the frequency received, a channel
from one of the 6 predefined unchangeable
groups can be selected (see page 26). This
is recommended when multiple audio trans-
mission systems are used at the same time:
GROUP
For each system, a different channel can be
selected from the same group. The number of
flashes
channels from a group that can be used at the
same time depends on the conditions at the
place of application.
First set the group number (while G flashes),
then press SET (CH starts flashing) and set the
channel number. Press SET to save the settings.

adjustments.

sion. The display will show SCAN _ _ while a
channel is being checked. If the selected chan-
nel is being used, the receiver will automatically
go to the next free channel.
* The squelch function will mute the receiver when the level of
the radio signal falls below the threshold value. Thus, inter-
ference signals will not cause noise when the transmitter is
switched off or when its radio signal is insufficient: If the levels
of the interference signals are below the threshold value, the
receiver will be muted.
A high threshold value offers high interference resistance,
but it will also reduce the transmission range: If the level of
the radio signal from the transmitter falls below the threshold
value adjusted, the receiver will also be muted.
