11.0 Diagnosis of faults and repair
Fault
The motor fails to start
Working pressure too high
Working pressure too low
Irregular working pressure
During self-priming
During direct water

No working pressure

Oil supply not connected

No oil pressure
The pump is frozen

Repair
Connect the oil hose.
Open the valve.
Start the hydraulic pump.
Let the pump thaw.
Clean the nozzle.
Open fully the valve for regulation
indicated by the arrow.
Close the regulating valve.
Repeat the venting procedure.

Clean the fi lter. See paragraph 7.3.
Change to a water supply with
greater output. If this is not
possible; turn the valve for regulation of
the water capacity in the opposite
direction of that indicated by the
arrow, until the machine works smooth ly.
Clean the nozzle.
Check the water connection.
to thaw.
Allow the machine to thaw.
