C) Select the mode of operation
The device has 4 modes. The default mode is A. You can only switch to another
mode when the device is in pause.
Mode 1
Mode 1 operates like a flow, exerting pressure in
a specific area and is therefore ideal for muscle
relaxation. The muscles are gradually compressed
from the feet to the chest. The use of this mode
before sport should be short so as not to deprive
your legs of the muscle tone they need for the
exercise.
Mode 2
Mode 2 helps you to get rid of lactic acid after
an intensive workout by applying continuous
and progressive pressure on your upper legs for
fast recovery. Recovery is most efficient at high
pressure. We suggest using your JOLT™ Boots as
soon as possible after you complete your workout.
Mode 3
It is a combination of the programs 1 and 2.
Several chambers remain inflated at the same
time, thus avoiding reflux. This mode also
promotes lactate removal. Suitable for a faster
but intensive recovery session, as your whole leg
is not permanently under pressure (unlike mode
2).
