PR0-PAC SYSTEM OWNER INSTALLATION MANUAL
HEAT PUMP MALFUNCTION
WARNING: ISOLATE MACHINE ELECTRICALLY BEFORE
ENTERING MACHINE OR REMOVING PANELS.
The user check list should be carried out before initiating a service call.
Do not attempt to interfere with any internal control settings as these
have been factory calibrated and sealed.
Only a competent electrician should attempt to rectify electrical supply
problems.

A 12 hour delay timer is incorporated into machines, which after a power interruption or from initial start up will prevent the machine compressor(s)
from starting for a 12 hour period.

ON Unit defrosting (normal operation, unit restarts after cycle completes).
OFF If unit stays off check that the air temperature is not below minimum
(7-10°C for H models).

ON Check water flow is not restricted by external water flow switch (if fitted)
and that the electrical supply is adequate.
ON/OFF Check that linked in external equipment is not the cause of the fault.

The refrigeration circuit can only be worked on by a competent
technician in accordance with EU517/2014.
Any sign of abnormal operation such as water dripping should be
reported immediately to an installer or Dantherm Ltd.
