STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
NOZZLE MAINTENANCE:
Nozzle orifices should be kept clean and free of obstructions.
If the nozzle becomes clogged, the pump pressure will increase
causing risk of pump damage. Therefore, should the nozzle
become clogged, the nozzle orifice must be cleaned immediately.
Follow the procedure listed below to clean nozzle orifice: (See
WARNING , left.)
1. Disconnect the wand from the gun.
2. Insert the nozzle cleaner (supplied with unit) into the nozzle
and rotate.
3. Flush the nozzle with water.
4. Reconnect the wand and gun assembly.
5. Turn the unit "ON". Point the gun in a safe direction and trigger the gun
to begin spraying. Adjust spray pattern to 0°. If spray pattern is still
distorted, repeat steps 1-4. If you are unable to thoroughly clean the nozzle
using this procedure, then the nozzle must be replaced.
To Remove or Replace Adjustable Nozzle:
1. Insert a 2.0mm allen wrench into the nozzle.
2. Rotate the wrench counterclockwise to remove the nozzle.
3. Inspect the nozzle and clean or replace before reinserting.
