The sealing surface is damaged.
Rubber connecting elements for
sealing are damaged.
The wire is broken.
Fuse is blown.
The silicon switching diode is
damaged.
Winding is burned out.
The lifting element of the
bracket is dirty.
A rusty or broken spring causes
a lock.
Too low power supply voltage.
Cause
The lube oil is bad.
There is not enough oil in the
tank.
Leakage in the oil hose.
The sealing of the suction pipe
is broken.
The mesh filter of the air inlet
valve is clogged.
The air intake valve shutter is

surface of the gutter is uneven.
Internal wear.
Voltage is low or a fuse is
blown.
The pump or motor seizes.
The tank is full of oil or the oil
grade is not suitable.
Because of the low
temperature, the lubricating oil
has become too viscous.
Cause
After replacing the oil, re-set the
maximum degree of vacuum
Add oil up to the desired level.
Replace or repair the oil hose.
Check the sealing of the pipe and
the connection to eliminate
leakage.
Clean the mesh filter of the air
inlet valve.
Check if the air inlet valve is

Replace the oil seal.
Replace the blade.
Replace a worn-out part or adjust
the machine.
Check voltage and fuse.
Remove the fan cover, try to turn
the motor manually, then set the
cause of the jam.
Check oil level and grade.
