Fault
The vacuum pump does not
pump air.
The vacuum chamber is
unable to provide the
maximum degree of
vacuum.
The cover of the vacuum
chamber is not opened, and
the air does not enter the
working chamber.
The vacuum degree in the
vacuum chamber is normal
but the air remains in the
package.

The pump is not running yet.
The vacuum chamber cover is
not closed.
The time relay of the vacuum
pump is damaged.
The valve connecting the pump
to the vacuum chamber is off.
The pump cannot achieve the
maximum degree of vacuum.
Hose is leaking.
Loose connection of the hose.
Small gas element is leaking.
The vacuum chamber seal is
broken or damaged.
The upper panel of the vacuum
chamber is placed irregularly.
The isolating solenoid valve is
leaking (there is air in valve of
the main hose or the inlet valve).
There's not enough time to
pump the air.
The air bleed solenoid valve is
off.
The heat sealing setting is
improper and the distance is too
small.
