Operation and characteristics
Operation:
A series of vacuum packaging machines manufactured under the brand name of our
company has a number of advantages, consisting in high functionality, ease of operation, ease
of maintenance, a wide range of applications, etc. Our packers use soft packaging materials
(composite film, including the addition of aluminum foil, etc.). They allow you to make a
vacuum packaging for products of solid, liquid, powder and paste forms: food, fruits, seeds,
aromatic substances, medicines, chemical products, electronic products, precision instruments
and measuring instruments, rare precious metals, etc. in vacuum packaging, including filling
the packaging with inert gas. Products packed with such machines are protected from
oxidation, mold, moth, rot and moisture and are guaranteed to maintain high quality and
freshness, which allows to increase their shelf life.
Characteristics:
1. This machine is easy to operate. The whole process from pressing the cover of the
machine for air relief, heating the sealed tape, label printing, cooling, filling with gas and to
opening the cover of the machine, is controlled automatically.
2. A wide range of temperature control and sealing time is suitable for packing various
materials.
3. The control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button pressing of which
allows you to interrupt the packaging process when damage to the packaged products is
detected during air pumping.
