Working with the drill
Important:
Risk of injury. Do not operate this drill
unless you are wearing protective
goggles.
Never work with damaged grinding
discs or bent shanks.
Replace dull insert units promptly.
In the event of heavy dust ratio or
harm ful dust particles, wear a dust
mask.
1. Switch drill on at switch 2 (Fig. 3)
and select the appropriate speed at
dial 1.
Note:
Never use excessive bearing pressure.
Correct, uniform speed facilitates opti -
mum grinding.
Small milling cutters/shanks =
high speed
Large milling cutters/shanks =
low speed
2. Hold drill as shown in Fig. 4 so as
not to obstruct the ventilation slits 1.
Note:
If the drill overheats, switch it off
im me diately and allow it to cool.
