new WB 220/E, an ideal tool for use in
hard-to-reach areas. With the help of
our comprehensive line of access -
ories, you can perform a range of
oper at ions, including boring, grinding,
milling and polishing. The diecast
aluminium housing head, together
with the six supplied precision collet
chucks, per mit ultra-high precision
work, even under extreme loads.

Operation
Clamping and replacing insert units
Unplug drill before replacing insert
units.
Never press locking button 1 (Fig. 2)
with the drill in operation.
1. Rotate union nut 2 slightly to the
left or right while simultaneously
pressing locking button 1 until it
engages.
2. Unscrew union nut.
3. Insert desired collet chuck 3 with
corresponding insert unit 4 and re-
tighten union nut.
All insert units must be tightened with
as little overhang as possible. Long
pro truding shanks bend easily and
cause untrue running.
