TRANSMITTER SET UP
1. Press the ON/OFF button to switch
the power on. The transmitter must
be switched on before connecting it
to the vehicle's circuit.
2. Connect the transmitter to the circuit.
There are two connection methods:
2.1 Connect the fuse adapter (B) to
the transmitter probes (C).
Remove the blade fuse from the
fuse box. Insert the set of blades
into the socket that are
appropriate for the blade size.
2.2 Use the alligator clip adapters (A).
Connect the black alligator clip to
the battery's positive terminal.
Connect the red clip to the circuit.
3. The green LED will remain lit as a solid
green when the power is on
RECEIVER SET UP
1. A quick press of the ON/OFF button will
switch power on. The green LED indicator
(OPEN) will remain lit when power is on.
The power will switch off automatically after 25 seconds.
2. Press the light bulb button to switch on the
illumination.
3. Place the probe head on the wire being tested.
Bend the probe arm to work around obstacles.
4. Move the probe along the wire while listening to the
loudness of the buzzing or watching the receiver panel.
5. The probe works best when in direct contact with the wire
(Fig. 5).
