COMMISSIONING
A. Checks prior to use
In France, in accordance with the DTU 68.3, or the applicable local standard in other countries,
a visual inspection must be carried out after installation to check that:
Before switching the unit on, the ducts must be connected.

The sizing specifications are satisfied,
•
• The system is safe (electrically, mechanically and hydraulically),
The system's components are in good condition,
•
All components can be accessed for maintenance.

B. Commissioning using the VMI+ app

To install the VMI

on Google Play Store and App Store) and registered via the VMI-Ventilairsec pro portal.

The VMI+ application can be accessed using your mobile phone number, pre-entered in our pro
portal by the administrator handling your company account.
The app is compatible with the following telephones:
Android 8 and later

iOS 12 and later
•
For the application to work correctly, the Bluetooth option must be enabled on your phone as
well as the GPS feature (your location is not recorded).
The Bluetooth version must be 4.2 or higher for all of the application functions to be available. If
you are using an earlier version, the update function may not be operational.
