Recommendations for positioning the new air inlet:
Draw in air a good distance away from contaminated areas (chimneys, ventilation air

outlets, boilers, vehicle car parks, etc.) according to the applicable standards.
The new air inlet must be arranged such that it is away from water and cannot become

clogged.
The roof outlet must be compatible with the roof type to prevent any water penetration
•
during heavy rain.
The roof outlet or façade grille must be connected to an insulated 160 mm diameter
•
duct.

Individual units
If individual units are installed, each room in use must have a ventilation opening.

Centralised system
If a centralised system is installed, at least one opening must exist in a neutral area (hallway,
staircase, etc.), which is as central as possible within the building to be ventilated.
We recommend a minimum of 2 ventilation openings for areas larger than 110 m
