MAINTENANCE
This machine is a piece of precise financial detecting equipment that needs periodic
maintenance.
• Periodically check the voltage of the power supply to ensure that the voltage is within
the specific range.
• Keep the banknote detector in a well-ventilated place and away from direct sunlight or
magnetic fields.
• Periodically clean the sensors: use a piece of cotton within a small amount of alcohol to clean
all sensors, rubber wheels, and rubber belt. Keep the surface of sensors away from sharp and
hard articles to avoid damage.
• Do not attempt to disassemble the detector.
UPDATING THE DEVICE
The software can be updated via the USB port, by visiting www.zenacasa.com and downloading
the latest version of the software. It will need to be installed onto your detector using a USB stick
(not provided). Transfer the software to the USB stick then plug it into the USB port on the device.
