OPERATING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The Clarke Carpet Dryer is used to reduce drying time on carpets and hard fl oor fi nishes.
Note: This machine is intended for commercial use.

OPERATOR SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING!
To reduce the risk of electric shock do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
WARNING!
Risk of explosion and fi re. Do not use fl ammable vapors, fuels, grain dust, solvents or thinners.
WARNING!
To reduce the risk of fi re, electric shock, or injury:

Use only as described in the manual. Use only manufacturer's recommended attachments.

Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or
dropped into water, return it to a service center.

Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep cord
away from heated surfaces.

Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.

Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.

Do not put any objects into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair and anything that may
reduce air fl ow.

Keep hair, loose clothing, fi ngers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.

Use only on GFCI protected receptacles.

The source of electrical supply should be disconnected prior to the beginning of any servicing or cleaning operation.

This machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack
of experience and knowledge.
