8. Mise en service
Sélection de la source de lecture
Sélectionnez la source de lecture en appuyant sur la touche SOURCE (3) (CD / USB / SD). La DEL qui correspond (2 / 32 / 5) à la source de
lecture sélectionnée s'allume.
La source de lecture peut uniquement être modifi ée en mode Pause.
Lecture / pause
1. Appuyez sur la touche PLAY / PAUSE (29) pour démarrer la lecture. Lorsque la lecture est en cours, cette touche est allumée en
permanence. Lorsque l'appareil est en mode Pause, la touche clignote.
2. Vous pouvez interrompre la lecture de deux différentes manières :
- Appuyez sur la touche PLAY / PAUSE (29). L'appareil bascule en mode Pause.
- Appuyez sur la touche CUE (30) pendant la lecture. L'appareil retourne au point CUE et passe en mode Pause.
Sélection des titres
1. Les touches TRACK (6) / (9) permettent de sélectionner les différents titres sur le CD, la carte mémoire SD ou la clé USB.
2. Appuyez sur la touche TRACK (9) pour passer au titre suivant.
3. Appuyez sur la touche TRACK (6) pour retourner au début du titre ou au titre précédent.
4. Le clavier numérique permet de directement sélectionner un titre. Pour choisir une plage comportant deux ou trois chiffres, les différents
chiffres du numéro de plage souhaité doivent être tapés rapidement l'un après l'autre.
L'appareil se met automatiquement au début du titre après chaque sélection de titre au point CUE.
Choix du dossier pour la lecture MP3
1. La touche FOLDER (10) et les touches SEARCH
CD, la carte SD et la clé USB. Cette fonction est bien sûr uniquement disponible lorsque le support de données MP3 contient des dossiers
compatibles.
2. Appuyez sur la touche FOLDER (10). L'indication « FOLDER » s'affi che sur l'écran.
3. Appuyez sur la touche SEARCH (8) pour passer au dossier suivant.
4. Appuyez sur la touche SEARCH (7) pour passer au dossier précédent.
5. Appuyez brièvement sur la touche FOLDER (10) pour sélectionner le dossier. L'appareil bascule à nouveau vers la fonction de sélection
des titres.
6. En mode Lecture, la lecture du premier titre du dossier démarre après la sélection du dossier. En mode Pause, les touches TRACK
(9) permettent également de sélectionner le titre souhaité après la sélection du dossier.
En l'absence de pression sur une touche pendant env. 4 secondes (touches SEARCH ), le lecteur CD bascule automatiquement
vers la fonction de sélection des titres.
Sélection JOG mode
• Appuyez plusieurs fois sur la touche JOG mode (12) pour sélectionner la fonction pour la molette JOG (28).
- Touche éteinte = Fonction PITCH BEND
- Touche allumée = Fonction SEARCH
- Touche clignote = Fonction SCRATCH
Recherche
1. Deux différents types de recherche sont disponibles pour rechercher un emplacement précis dans un titre. La molette JOG (28) ou les
touches SEARCH (7) / (8) permettent de lancer la recherche rapide en mode Lecture.
2. Sélectionnez la fonction SEARCH à l'aide de la touche JOG mode (12). Le voyant de la touche JOG mode (12) doit être allumé.
3. Appuyez sur la touche SEARCH (8) ou que vous tournez la molette JOG (28) vers la droite pendant la lecture pour lancer une avance
rapide.
4. Appuyez sur la touche SEARCH (7) ou que vous tournez la molette JOG (28) vers la gauche pendant la lecture pour lancer un retour
rapide.
5. En mode Pause, la molette JOG (28) permet de rechercher un passage précis d'un titre.

The CD cannot be ejected during playback mode. This makes sure that the playback is not interrupted unintentionally. Terminate
playback before pushing the EJECT button (22).
Inserting USB memory stick
Insert the USB memory stick into the USB input (33).
The device can read USB memory stick (USB 2.0) with a storage capacity of no more than 16GB. The USB memory stick must
be formatted in FAT 32. If the USB memory stick is not recognised anyway, use a USB memory stick of another manufacturer.
Due to the great variety of systems with USB interfaces, their different technical data (e.g. reading speed) and their different
functions, some of which are producer-specifi c, we cannot guarantee that all media will be recognized and that all the operational
functions are available on this device. Therefore, only use USB memory sticks.
Switch off the CD player or switch to CD/SD playback to remove or replace the USB memory stick. Never remove the USB
memory stick from the USB input during playback. Data on the USB memory stick may be destroyed by this. There is a
danger of the USB memory stick being no longer readable because of this. We assume no liability of possible data loss.
Inserting the SD memory card
1. Insert the SD card into the SD card reader (34). Push the SD card until it latches audibly. The metal contact surfaces of the SD memory
card must point downwards.
2. If you want to remove the SD memory card, push slightly onto the SD memory card until you can hear an audible unlocking sound. The SD
memory card can now be removed.
The device can read SD cards and SDHC cards with a max. storage capacity of 32GB. The memory cards must be FAT 32
formatted.
If the SD memory card is not recognised, use a SD memory card of another manufacturer or another SD memory card size.

Selecting the playback source
Select the playback source (CD / USB / SD) with the button SOURCE (3). The corresponding LED (2 / 32 / 5) for the selected playback source
lights up.

The playback source can only be changed in pause mode.
Play/Pause
1. Push the PLAY/PAUSE button (29) to start playback. In playback, this button is continually lit. If the device is in pause mode, the button
fl ashes.
2. You can stop playback in two ways:
- Push the button PLAY/PAUSE
- During playback, push the CUE button (30). The device returns to the CUE mark and pauses.
Track selection
1. The TRACK buttons (6) / (9) can be used to select the individual tracks on the CD, SD memory card and USB memory stick.
2. Push the TRACK button (9) to jump to the next track.
3. Push the TRACK button (6) to jump to the beginning of the track or back by another track.
4. With the ten-digit keyboard, you can directly select a track. To select a track with two or three digits, the different fi gures for the desired track
number must be pushed in quick succession.
Whenever a track is selected, the device automatically sets the CUE mark at the beginning of that track.
