Cleaning the brush roller and wheels
If the motorised brush's brush roller or wheels become blocked, turn off the unit.
Cleaning the brush roller
Press the motorised brush release button and detach the motorised brush from the
extension hose.
Turn the brush over and push the brush roller release button outwards. Then lift the
left end of the brush roller out of the compartment.
Use a pair of scissors to carefully remove hair, fur, thread or any other items that
may have become entangled on the brush roller.

Check and remove any fibre or debris found within the compartment.
•
To replace the brush roller, first insert the right end of the brush roller (with a star-shaped
notch) into the right side of the compartment, then insert the left end into the left side.
Slide the brush roller release button inwards to secure it in place. Make sure the brush
spins smoothly.
Cleaning the wheels
Should threads or dirt block one of the wheels, gently insert a screwdriver under the
wheel axle and push up to pry it out. Remove any thread or object jamming the wheel.
Reposition the wheel by firmly pressing it back into its compartment. Make sure it
spins smoothly.
Clearing blockages
Small objects, carpet fibres, etc., can sometimes obstruct the vacuum cleaner.
•
In the event of a blockage or loss of suction during use, turn off the vacuum cleaner.
•
Detach the extension tube and/or vacuum tool to find the blockage and clear it.
