there is no need for it due to the network topology.

Measured value updates (publication rate) and timeout times can be set via
the Yokogawa infrastructure.
If there is no sample gas, the gas detector only outputs data every other time
window (power-save mode). If sample gas is present in sufficient concentration,
all time windows are used.
