Installation Instructions – HCM Series Multi Head Installation
1. Installation Of HCM Series Multi Head Luminaire:
This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a certified electrician, familiar with

the construction and operation of the product and hazard involved.
N ote: To prevent possible wiring damage, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other sharp objects. Make certain
no bare wires are exposed outside the connectors.
N ote: Ensure mounting surfaces can support fixture assembly.
N ote: Ensure all screws are torqued to proper settings.
N ote: This product must be installed in accordance with applicable installation code and the hazards involved.
Description: The HCM series Multiples feature a recessed housing with integral LED multi-head(s). Options include: CRI,
paint finishes, and optics. Flange trim is included, and a mud-in trim-less field installation kit is available as an accessory for
new construction framing in sheet rock ceilings. Each multi-head tilts 0-70 deg from nadir with 355 deg rotation. Chicago
plenum, emergency battery, and WaveLinx are also available.
1. Unpack HCM multi-head luminaire and ensure that all parts are included. (Figure 1.1)
