Electrical safety
• Check the connector plug on
the machine fits into the socket
before use.
• Never modify the connector
plug.
• Do not abuse the cord. Never
use the cord for carrying, pulling
or unplugging the machine.
Keep cord away from heat, oil,
sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or entangled cords
increase the risk of electric
shock.
• Check the extension cable
regularly for damage to the
insulation. Replace it if damaged.

• If the connecting cable is
damaged, withdraw the mains
plug immediately. A damaged
cable may cause contact with
live parts and electric shock.
• Never use damaged cord.
• Keep the cord and extension
cable away from cutting tools
and wheels. Cutting tools may
damage the cable and cause
electric shock.
• When
using
outdoors, always use a residual
current-operated circuit-breaker
(RCD) with an operating current
of 30 mA or less.
• Use only extension cable for
outdoor use with splash-proofed
connector. Its cross-section
must be at least 1.5mm
cable lengths up to 25m, and
2.5 mm
for cable lengths over
2
25m.
• The
machine
connected only to a power
supply of the same voltage as
indicated on the nameplate, and
can only be operated on single-
phase AC supply. They are
double-insulated in accordance
with European Standard and
can, therefore, also be used
from sockets without earth wire.
• Avoid body contact with earthed
