The appliance will not switch on

One of the following messages has
appeared on the screen:

CAUSE
• No power.
• Not connected to the power supply.
• The internal safety mechanism has
been triggered.
• There are kinks in the air outlet
tube.
• Something is preventing air from
being expelled.
• Windows, doors and/or curtains
have been left open.
• There are heat sources in the room
(oven, hairdryer...).
• The air outlet tube has been
detached from the appliance.
• The appliance's technical data is
insufficient for the room it has been
placed in.
• Air filter blocked.
• The security mechanism on the
internal compressor prevents the
appliance from starting up again
until three minutes have elapsed
from the time the appliance was
switched off.
• The appliance has a self-diagnosis
system to identify a number of
malfunctions.

SOLUTION
• Wait and plug it into the power
supply
• Wait for 30 minutes and if the
problem continues, contact your
repair centre.
• Place the tube correctly so that it is
as short as possible and does not
have any kinks in it.
• Check and remove any object that
may be blocking the air evacuation
outlet.
• Close the doors, windows and
curtains; reread the "Advice for
correct usage" section.
• Remove any heat sources.
• Replace the tube into the section on
the back of the appliance.
• Move the appliance.
• Clean the filter
• Wait. This time delay one of the
appliance's design features.
• See SELF-DIAGNOSIS section.
