ADVICE FOR CORRECT USAGE
In order to get the best results from your appliance, please follow these recommendations:
• Close the windows and doors of the room you are trying to cool down (Fig. 18). When installing your appliance on a semi-
permanent basis, it is necessary to leave a door open (gap of at least 1cm) to ensure correct ventilation.
• Protect the room from direct exposure to sunlight by partially closing the shutters and/or blinds to reduce the amount of
cooling the appliance needs to carry out (Fig. 19).
• Never place any objects on the appliance.
• Never block the air intake or outlet (Fig. 20). Make sure the grills are unobstructed.
• Ensure that there is no heat source in the room.
• Never use the appliance in very damp rooms (laundry rooms, for example).
• Never use the appliance out of doors.
• Ensure that the appliance is placed on a level area of floor. If necessary, lock the front wheels.

OPERATIONS TO CARRY OUT AT THE START AND END OF PERIODS OF USE
VERIFICATIONS AT START OF PERIOD OF USE
Make sure that the power cable and plug are not damaged and that the installation is
correctly earthed. Follow the installation instructions carefully.
OPERATIONS AT END OF PERIOD OF USE
To entirely empty the internal circuit of the water it contains, remove the cap (fig. 21).
Let all the water drain into a basin or bowl. When all the water has come out, replace
the cap.
Clean the filter and dry it out completely before reinstalling it.
