The switchboard date can be changed as follows:

Starting condition:
standby.
Press the MENU key

• SPEED NUMBERS
These allow an internal extension to be called directly by pressing the key associated with the address of the person called.
To memorise a speed number, carry out the following operations:

EXAMPLE: you want to memorise code 44 as SPEED NUMBER 02.
Press the MENU key.
Use the ▼ ▲ keys to select the desired
menu.
