Comply with all safety instructions and instructions for use.
Environmental influences and the interplay of temperature, material viscosity, foil pack/cartridge
material and the choice of nozzle type, nozzle size and speed definitively influence the performance
requirement on the product.
Perform an application test with the product and foil pack/cartridge to find the optimum performance
setting and speed.
WARNING
Chemicals hazard Incorrect use can lead to injury.
▶ Prior to use, read and comply with the safety data sheet for the product, the instructions on the packaging
and the instructions for use of the foil pack.
6.1
Pressing out compound
1. Press the switch.
2. Press out the compound.
The speed with which the compound is dispensed can be varied by means of the variable speed dial.
In principle, a higher dispensing speed leads to higher dispensing-related forces. Depending
on the environmental conditions and the application, the overload protection function might be
tripped. Reduce speed if the overload protection function trips repeatedly.
6.2
Removing cartridge
1. Press the release button.
2. Pull the piston rod back as far as they will go.
3. Lift the cartridge at the front and pull it out of the cartridge holder.
6.3

2. Remove the nozzle together with the remaining foil pack.
