Brief operating instructions:
Can also be found on device. Item 1-6.
Only use the device in a horizontal position!
1. Screw HP hose onto spray pistol and device.
2. Connect water on intake side.
3. Vent device (open and close spray pistol a number of
times).
4. Connect power.
5. Switch on device with spray pistol open and start
washing.
6. At the end of work fully empty pump (switch on motor
for approx. 20 seconds without suction and pressure
hose).
- Use only clean water ! - Protect against frost !
Attention !
Please pay attention to the regulations of your water supply
company.
The machine may not be connected directly to public drinking
water supplies in accordance with DIN 1988.
A temporary connection is however possible according to
DVGW (German Association of Gas and Water Trade) if a
return valve with anti-vacuum device is fitted in the feeder.
An indirect connection to public drinking water supplies is
also permissible via a free drain acc. to DIN 1988, Part 4;
e.g. through the use of a tank with float valve.
A direct connection to a network which is not planned for
drinking water supplies is also permissible.
HP hose and spray device
The HP hose lines and spray device included with machine
are made of high-quality materials and are matched to the
machine's operating conditions and marked according to
regulations.
If spare parts are required use only
components approved by the manufacturer
and marked according to regulations. HP
hose lines and spray devices must have a
pressure-tight connection. The HP hose line
may not be driven over, pulled or twisted
excessively. The HP hose line may not be
pulled over sharp edges, otherwise the
warranty will be forfeited.

Commissioning
1. Lay device flat!
THE DEVICE MAY ONLY BE OPERATED IN A HORIZONTAL
POSITION!
Do not remove plug.
(does not apply to 656000)
2. Connect HP lance to hand pistol.
3. Unroll HP hose without kinks and connect to hand
pistol and pump. Use a 20 m HP hose or 2 x 10 m with
hose couplings as maximum extensions.
Connect HP hose from device to lance.
